🔶 The primary living area is located on the second floor. The second bedroom (entertainment/bunk room) does not have a door, just a privacy/blackout curtain separating it from the living room/dining room/kitchen area. 🔶 The BBQ grill and outdoor hammock are put away during the winter season. Available April - October. 🔶 Snow can be very unpredictable in the winter. We try are best to ensure drive way is plowed but can not promise it. Snow shovel is available for use. 🔶 There is onsite EV charging with a Tesla charger. 🔶 A replacement fee will be charged if the yellow guest pass is not returned. 🔶 This is not a party house. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood with a strict, quiet hour from 10 p.m. -to 8 a.m. 🔶 No pets! As much as we love our fury friends, our home is not set up to accommodate dogs, etc. Please respect the policy. 🔶 No additional guests who are not listed. 6 guests maximum. 🔶 Comply with the burn ban. 🔥 🔶 No fireworks. 🔶 Incidental damages are covered by our Safely Damage Waiver program (up to $1,500 per stay).
